Description
The course you will learn Spindle Speed, Feed Rate, Cycle Time Optimization, Drilling Cycle with explaining use of the spot boring cycle G-code (G81) and use of cancel cycle G-Code (G80), Alternate Drilling Cycles with explaining the use of counterboring cycle G-code (G82), explaining the use of the pecking cycle G-code (G83), and the use of the boring cycle G-code (G85). Subprograms with explaining the function and operation of the subprogram M-code (M98) and M-code (M99), Cutter Compensation Left G-code (G41), tool change command M-Code (M06), Cutter Compensation Right G-code (G42), Scaling and Mirroring with G-code (G-51).
Prerequisite: CNC Machine Tooling I. Length: 1 Month/ 6+ Hours weekly
