A workforce development course designed to help professionals strengthen human-centered skills that enhance connection, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness. Participants will learn how to lead with empathy, communicate with intention, and understand diverse perspectives to build stronger relationships. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with practical strategies to foster trust, improve teamwork, and create more inclusive and people-focused work environments.
