Description
Medical billing and coding is one of the fastest-growing careers in the healthcare industry today! The need for professionals who understand how to code healthcare services and procedures for third-party insurance reimbursement is growing substantially. This combined 200-hour billing and coding course offers the skills needed to solve insurance billing problems and how to file claims. This course leads to being able to sit for an entry level certification in the medical billing and coding profession through AHIMA OR AAPC. Students are expected to dedicate a minimum of 15 hours a week in this course.
