Phlebotomy. From Certified Nursing Assistant to Patient Care Technician, ASU-Newport’s Patient care programs combine classroom instruction and clinical training with strong emphasis on technical skills, professional relationships, and workplace ethics. Our goal for all students is to function and participate as an effective member of the healthcare community and to support clients in the achievement of positive healthcare outcomes.
