Description
The mission of the Arkansas Rural Nursing Education Consortium (ARNEC) is to provide its students with
a quality, comprehensive, accessible, and affordable registered nursing program to students in rural
Arkansas. Through the Associate Degree programs offered at participating institutions, ARNEC seeks to
instill the value of educational progression and lifelong learning. ARNEC is committed to providing LPN
and LVN students the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for successful entry-level into registered
nursing practice.
