Job Description
Provide leadership and supervision to direct care staff during assigned shifts.
Support facility routines, youth supervision, and program activities.
Respond to behavioral concerns and crises with sound judgment and professionalism.
Ensure staff follow agency policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
Communicate incidents, concerns, and staffing needs to the Facility Director.
Work collaboratively with case managers, clinicians, and other team members to support youth.
