Job Description

Seasonal/Temporary work from 12/1/2026 - 2/28/2027

A significant portion of our farm is going into solar farming. Once we find out which acres this fall, we will be disassembling, relocating, and reassembling irrigation equipment such as pumps, tanks, motors, and pivots from the solar acres to either new acres or to storage. We also have contracts in place to maintain water levels for migrating waterfowl on the farm. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, clean work areas, load and unload materials and commodities, operate self propelled machinery, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: forklift, irrigation equipment, pickups, cars, etc, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors.
Must speak and understand English.
