Job Description
Directly supervise 1–2 production lines per shift, overseeing 40–50 workers. Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to production staff. Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency. Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Record and report production output and quality results to management, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
