Now hiring for a Screen Press Machine Operator
Location:  Jonesboro, AR
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Day
Hands-On Work. Steady Pay. Let's Roll.
Job Duties
Operate fully automatic and semi-automatic press equipment.
Review work orders and job specifications before beginning production.
Gather and prepare necessary materials for each production job.
Set up press equipment according to job specifications.
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
Make adjustments as necessary to maintain consistent quality and accuracy.
Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor press equipment issues.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
Inspect finished products to ensure established quality standards are met.
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Communicate equipment issues, production delays, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is a plus.
Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and safety signs.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day.
Willingness to learn new machines or processes.
Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and respect for safety and coworkers
