If you're a machinist, mechanic, or hands-on technician who loves working with real equipment and seeing the results of your work, the Manufacturing Technician position is the role for you. We're hiring Manufacturing Technicians to join a fast-paced production environment where skill, precision, and problem-solving are valued every day.
What You'll Do

Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery

Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running strong
Operate a variety of equipment within the Bullet, Brass, Hybrid Shell, Priming or Load/Pack manufacturing processes used to produce and package ammunition

Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing

Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap

Be a key player on a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement


What We're Looking For

Experience as a machinist, mechanic, or manufacturing technician

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and think on your feet

Shifts

1st Shift: M-F, 5:00am - 1:15pm or 6:00am - 2:15pm + OT as needed
2nd Shift: M-F, 1:00pm - 9:15pm or 2:00pm - 10:15pm + OT as needed
3rd Shift: M-F, 9:00pm - 5:15am or 10:00pm - 6:15am + OT as needed
Weekend 1st Shift: F-S, 4:45am - 5:15pm + OT as needed
Weekend 2nd Shift: F-S, 4:45pm - 5:15am + OT as needed

Working Conditions
Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
Work is primarily standing (90 + % of the shift) except for lunch and break periods
Shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours.
The duties of this job may include exposure to non-conditioned work environments; they normally require exposure to a typical manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, and stair climbing can be expected along with frequent lifting and/or moving of tooling, parts containers, and materials up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum of 50% of the shift, as well as undergo repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.
Must demonstrate proficient fine motor skills, ability to grip, reach, pull, turn, and use tools to torque fixtures in various machinery or in the assembly, machining, or testing of parts.
Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral and depth perception, and the ability to focus on fine print.
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. security mandates.
