Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week Medical Surgical assignment in Warren, Arkansas . This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced healthcare team while providing quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The LPN consistently performs according to nursing standards and assists in managing patient care while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes.
Responsibilities
+ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
+ Monitor, document, and report patient conditions
+ Administer prescribed medications and treatments
+ Assist with patient assessments and care planning
+ Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
+ Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards
Minimum Requirements
+ Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
