Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with hospice or home health experience? We are seeking dedicated Hospice RNs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses in and around Osceola, Arkansas .
Position Highlights
+ Full-time, 40 hours per week
+ Monday through Friday schedule
+ Day shifts, typically 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
+ 13-week contract with extension opportunities
+ Start date: ASAP
+ Fast-moving interview and hiring process
Responsibilities
+ Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patient homes and healthcare facilities
+ Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
+ Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
+ Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families
+ Complete documentation utilizing Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting system
Territory & Travel
+ Coverage area of up to 4-5 counties surrounding Osceola, AR
+ Travel within approximately a 90-minute radius of home location
+ Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile
Compensation
Local RN
?? $50.00/hour
?? Approximately $2,000/week
Travel RN
?? Up to $2,202/week travel package
Requirements
? Active RN license (Arkansas or Compact State)
? Hospice and/or Home Health experience required
? Current CPR certification
? TB screening/PPD/Chest X-Ray as required
? Current health certificate per state or contract requirements
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age
