Maintenance PLC Technician

1st Shift – Monday -Friday

Location: Mountain Home, AR

Shift : 1st

Schedule : Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician to join a growing maintenance team in Arkansas. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment

+ Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

+ Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment

+ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

+ PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
