Location: Newport, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotation
Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks.

Education Requirements
Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
Basic computer skills required, with the ability to learn manufacturing and production software systems.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, packaging, or industrial environments preferred.
Experience using computers to enter data, monitor production systems, and track equipment performance.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm at times.
Ability to safely perform essential job functions while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Duties
Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery to meet production and efficiency goals.
Monitor multiple machines simultaneously and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
Read, interpret, and record machine gauges, measurements, and production data accurately.
Use production software and computer systems to track performance and document manufacturing processes.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and operational updates with team members and leadership.
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.
