A leading food manufacturing company in Northeast Arkansas is seeking dependable and motivated Processors to join their production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial food processing equipment, including large-scale ovens and fryers, while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can follow detailed production procedures, and is committed to maintaining product consistency and quality throughout the production process.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Processor.

Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Ability to stand and walk for up to hours per shift.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may be warm at times due to industrial ovens and fryers.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
