Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) in Lewisville, Arkansas ? The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.), nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males. Pay: $22.00/hour based on experience

This hands-on role includes completing work orders, performing general building maintenance, and assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs. While HVAC licensure is not required, practical experience in troubleshooting and routine maintenance is strongly preferred.

To be considered you should: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent ~ Have experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Experience

+ General building maintenance, including changing light bulbs and completing minor electrical repairs. Repair and finish drywall, as well as perform painting, paneling, wallpapering, and sheetrock work. Hang doors and adjust locks and other door hardware. Repair or replace broken windows and screens. Conduct minor plumbing repairs and assist with grounds maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
