Safety Spotters – DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILBLE
Bentonville, AR
Pay Range: $18-$22
Ultimate LLC is seeking reliable Safety Spotters to join our team of dedicated, safe, and hardworking craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Responsibilities
+ Act as a spotter while technicians are working from or operating lifts
+ Maintain constant visual awareness to ensure a safe work zone
+ Assist with breaking down materials and boxes
+ Monitor surroundings to prevent hazards or equipment collisions
+ Communicate clearly with lift operators and technicians
+ Support general site cleanup and organization as needed
Requirements
+ Background check
+ Drug screen
+ Ability to work around lift operations
+ Strong situational awareness and communication skills
+ Commitment to safety at all times
