Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Data Collector/Field Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will travel extensively to residential and commercial properties in Multiple counties in South Arkansas to gather critical data for property valuation. Full Time position Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm. Collect data on real property for ad valorem tax purposes. A self motivated, organized, out going individual that in enjoys working outside would be a good fit for this position. Experience a plus, but not required, will provide training. Must have a valid drivers license, up to date auto insurance, reliable transportation and ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. We spend over 95% of our time outside. Travel will be required each month to multiple counties in South Arkansas including counties such as Pike, Howard, Bradley, Chicot, Scott, and Clark. Duties
Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, accurately recording physical characteristics, and improvements.
Collect detailed data related to property features, condition, and market context using standardized procedures and digital tools.
Communicate effectively with property owners
