Requirements
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Basic computer and mobile app skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable with reliable attendance
Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
Check drivers in and out using the project mobile application
Verify driver information and assignment status
Assist drivers with fueling vehicles as needed
Provide basic clerical and administrative support
Communicate with drivers and project staff to ensure smooth operations
Monitor project documentation and report any issues
Maintain an organized work area
Perform additional project support duties as assigned
