Senior Manager Product Management – Digital Platforms

Job Description

Duties: Defines and drives the product roadmap for platform infrastructure capabilities, including orchestration layers, APIs, and reusable services that support enterprise-scale applications. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and performant backend systems. Leads platform migrations and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to downstream systems and alignment with long-term architectural goals. Develops product requirements for internal developer tools, SDKs, and automation frameworks to improve engineering efficiency and platform adoption. Analyzes system performance, usage metrics, and operational KPIs to inform prioritization and continuous improvement of platform services. Partners with compliance, security, and legal teams to ensure platform infrastructure meets regulatory and enterprise standards.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management or related experience; OR Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience in product management or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: Creating functional and technical product documentation using Confluence; Designing user experiences and prototypes with Figma and FigJam; Performing data analytics and KPI-driven decision-making utilizing SQL, Python, and Hive; Building and maintaining data engineering workflows and ETL pipelines for data lakes and real-time data streaming using Kafka and Snowflake; Collaborating with management to define and enforce role-based access controls in system design; Integrating APIs and managing data structures with RESTful APIs and GraphQL; Managing product lifecycle management using Agile methodologies and Jira; Defining and visualizing key performance metrics with Tableau, Power BI, and Looker; Conducting data science tasks including feature engineering and pipeline optimization to support machine learning models in production; Designing and analyzing A/B tests to gather customer feedback on product features; Implementing event-driven architectures with Kafka or Google Pub/Sub for scalable event processing; Deploying cloud computing solutions on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
