Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Set up and operate blow molding machines for production runs.
- Perform mold changes, machine changeovers, and equipment adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and make process adjustments to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues with production equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Record production data, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
- Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), if applicable.
- Assist in training machine operators on proper equipment operation.
