Location: Monette, AR
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements
Ability to read and understand work orders
Ability to understand and follow quality standards
Ability to communicate quality or machine issues to the Process Technician or Supervisor
Basic understanding of machine controls and functions
Ability to start up and shut down production presses
Ability to operate material loading systems
Willingness to learn additional duties as assigned
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for 8-10 hours per shift
Ability to work in hot and cold conditions (facility is not climate controlled)
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Must be flexible to move to other shifts in the future if needed
Job Duties
Operate injection molding machines
Remove molded parts from production equipment
Trim excess material (flash) and perform quality inspections
Pack finished products for shipment
Complete production documentation and work orders
Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues
Clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Perform additional production duties as assigned
