Pay Rate:  Pay Rate: $21.33 per hour
Schedule:4 on 4 off | Rotating 12 Hour Shifts

Requirements
Previous scale house, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and company procedures
Job Duties
Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using the truck scale system
Sign drivers in and out and provide necessary instructions
Print truck load pick lists electronically
Ensure drivers are wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documentation
Verify trucks have the proper equipment for each load
Confirm all loads meet allowable weight tolerances
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Schedule and manage appointments using CarrierPoint
Perform scale and radiation monitoring tests in accordance with the radiation safety plan
Operate both inbound and outbound scale stations independently
Assist fellow Truck Scale team members as needed
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
