Position: - Warehouse Order Puller

Summary/Objective
This position pulls, palletizes, distributes and loads product within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions
Essential Functions

- Efficiently pull customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Carry or transport orders to appropriate shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
- Select product for shipment and stack on pallet neatly.
- Stage pallets to ensure safe delivery of products to customers and inspect that all pallets are labeled properly.
- Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances.
- Isolate damaged items to a predefined marked area and report it to a warehouse manager.
- Load and unload shipments and place shipments on racking systems.
- Break down and restack merchandise from pallets.
- Complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and Hazmat regulations.
- Maintain current Hazmat training certification.

Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely handles standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, shrink wrap dispenser, reciprocating saw.
