We are seeking an Operations Research Scientist to support large-scale transformation initiative supporting remodel platforms by driving end-to-end automation, optimization, and AI-powered decisioning. Target scope will include inventory management and project phasing capabilities.

Skills and Requirements

- 4-8+ years in Operations Research, optimization, or supply chain analytics

- Expertise in:

o LP, MIP, constraint programming

o Python + OR tools (Gurobi, Pyomo, OR-Tools)

o SQL, data analysis

- Experience solving large-scale logistics problems – Retail/logistics environments

- Warehouse network design

- Production optimization systems in cloud
