25 Full Time Seasonal Temporary Need Positions Landscaping, Groundskeeping ROW workers for Franco Boundary Line Maintenance. From 10/01/2026, to 12/15/2026. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described in this JO/Ad & must be available for entire period specified. Duties: spray fertilizer herbicide, insecticide on shrubs, trees, use hand/automatic sprayers, spreaders, boundary line painting for securing accuracy and safety on the job site & other related Brush Clearer for Utility Right of Way activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength exert max muscle force to push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, equipment reqd. No minimum education. On the job training is provided. Employer assists finding optional Housing at no cost to worker. Hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM M-F.35+ hours weekly. Employer provides transport daily for work from designated locale to job site at no cost to worker. Begin Warren, AR. Continue into multiple towns/cities/counties in LA-TN-TX-AR. Wage Range: $14.03-16.50/HR OT$21.05-24.75/HR. LA: $14.03-14.87/HR OT$21.05-22.31/HR TN: $16.50/HR OT$24.75/HR TX: $15.79-16.28/HR OT$23.69-24.42/HR AR: $15.22-15.35/HR OT$22.83-23.03/HR. Must be 18-yrs. due to travel. Must show proof of legal authority to work in U.S. Drug/Alcohol Tobacco free work zone. Weather/contracts/Covid-19 conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime/OT. Employer will comply applicable Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to OT hrs. Employer uses single workweek as std for computing wages. Workers are paid weekly. Possible increased wage-base experience. OT may be available, not guaranteed. Employer reserves option to provide additional compensation for performance. tenure. If worker completes half employment period, employer arrange, pay directly for transport, subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work.
