Job Description

Seasonal/Temporary Work from 9/1/2026 - 7/1/2027

Operate stationary equipment to perform tasks such as ginning cotton; operate tractors with bale clamps attached for the function of receiving, storing and loading raw UD cotton bales at worksite; Record and retrieve identifying information by operating scan guns to assign labels and locate bales of cotton in short storage to make bales marketable; Repair and maintain machinery and equipment; Maintain inventory; Weight contains and record weights and identifying information; Clean work areas; During peak ginning season daily hours offered may increase significantly as a result of harvest progress or weather conditions; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
