Our client, in Hot Springs is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, Knowledge in the HR field and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resource Administrative Assistant

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What’s the Job?

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, and electronic data in HRIS and related systems.

+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation, and processing status changes and separations

+ Track required training, certifications, acknowledgements, and other compliance-related activities.

+ Support audits, reporting, and record retention practices to help ensure compliance with company policy and applicable laws.

What’s Needed?

+ 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related business support function.

+ Working knowledge of HR practices, employee records administration, and general employment processes

+ Experience using HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, or benefits systems preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation.

+ Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information professionally.
