We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across a strategic business unit. This individual will own procurement strategy, supplier management, S&OP execution, and cross-functional collaboration from order backlog through final product delivery.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive supplier strategy, optimize material flow, and ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate brings deep procurement experience within electronics manufacturing and thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Lead and execute overall supply chain and procurement strategy to support business goals

Own supplier management, sourcing, and negotiations to optimize cost, quality, and delivery

Drive S&OP processes, aligning demand, production, and inventory planning across teams

Improve inventory performance, material flow, and on-time delivery while resolving supply issues

Lead and develop the supply chain team while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field – MBA preferred

8+ years of supply chain, procurement, or related experience

5+ years of people leadership experience

3+ years of ERP system experience (BAAN or similar; strong data extraction/reporting required)

3+ years of S&OP experience

Proven leadership experience managing procurement

Strong background in procurement/sourcing

Experience in material planning, inventory, and production control processes

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Strong business and financial acumen

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience implementing or working within S&OP processes

Ability to apply lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Experience within electronics manufacturing environments (highly preferred)

Experience working with environment with: 100-1,000+ components

Background in aerospace & defense manufacturing

Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and ITAR regulations

Experience leading procurement in high-mix, low-volume production environments

Strong logistics and supply chain planning background

Inventory management expertise

Certifications such as APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or CSM
