Location: Fort Smith, AR

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm

Why This Role Matters

As a Phlebotomist, you play a key role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results. Your technical expertise and patient-first approach help create a safe, efficient, and positive healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

+ Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures

+ Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient’s presence

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures

+ Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed

+ Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

+ A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Patient Service Center experience preferred

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations

+ Keyboard and data entry proficiency

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
