Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm

Why This Role Matters

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing by collecting and handling patient specimens with precision and care. Your work directly contributes to quality healthcare outcomes and a positive patient experience.

What You’ll Do

- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric

- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

- Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including post-venipuncture patient confirmation

- Maintain a safe, professional, and clean work environment

- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures and building trust and confidence

- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties as required

- Travel between locations and support multiple patient service centers as needed

What We’re Looking For

- A current, up-to-date resume

- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

- At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed

- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

- Ability to meet compliance requirements
