Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Employment Type: Contingent

Schedule: Availability to work core hours between 6am-6pm, M-F; no weekends

You play a critical role in the diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection while delivering a positive, professional experience for patients. As a floater, your adaptability and expertise will help maintain seamless operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients

- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

- Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen accuracy

- Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with procedures

- Provide clear communication to patients to build trust and confidence

- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment

- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed

- Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage with minimal notice

What We’re Looking For

- A current, up-to-date resume

- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

- Phlebotomy certification preferred

- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections

- Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Ability to meet compliance requirements
