Advanced experience in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (to include VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
Experience entering and managing large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manually enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel spreadsheets and databases.
Create, modify, and manage complex Excel workbooks.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation tools.
Analyze and reconcile data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Generate reports and summaries from large datasets.
Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
Verify data integrity and perform quality checks on completed work.
Collaborate with team members to gather, compile, and report information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.
