Job Description

Focuses on the direct execution of daily operations and guest interactions. This role is responsible for performing manual service and maintenance tasks while ensuring the facility remains clean and safe for all visitors. Responsible for scheduling staff hours and assign duties. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Handle the collection of payments for goods and services. By monitoring activities to ensure compliance with safety rules, they maintain a high standard of quality for all products served.

Monitor inventory levels and assisting with the preparation of food according to established recipes or presentations. They are the primary point of contact for resolving immediate customer complaints and ensuring that guest services are managed smoothly. They contribute to the team by following organizational procedures and reporting resource needs to ensure the proper functioning of the establishment.

Two years of experience in fast food restaurant industry are required. Experience must include:
- Knowledge of use, cleaning procedures, and maintenance of Electrofreeze Combo machines, Electrofreeze slush machines and Henny Penny Fryers
