Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring Travel RNs in Fort Smith, Arkansas!

This is an on-site, full-time contract opportunity supporting hospice patient care across Northwest Arkansas. Apply with a current resume for consideration.

Pay: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour

Type: Three Month Contract | Travel RN

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekly Guarantee: 32 Hours

Location: Fort Smith, AR 72903

Primary Responsibilities :

- Provide skilled nursing care and hospice support to patients in home settings throughout assigned coverage areas

- Coordinate and manage patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary hospice teams

- Perform patient assessments, medication management, symptom control, and documentation

- Educate patients and family members regarding hospice care plans and treatment goals

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

- Participate in back-up on-call rotation as scheduled

- Travel throughout assigned counties including Sebastian, Logan, Crawford, Franklin, Scott, and Yell

- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

- Follow infection control, patient privacy, and safety protocols at all times

- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

- Active RN license required

- Prior hospice, home health, or related nursing experience required

- Strong assessment, communication, and patient care coordination skills

- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting

- Current BLS certification preferred

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
