The Non-Negotiables (a.k.a. What You Need)
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of customer service experience is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Respectful handling of patient information (HIPAA compliance)
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent attendance - reliability is a must!
