Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Canvassing (Primary Focus):
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate new leads
- Engage homeowners face-to-face to introduce roofing services
- Set appointments for inspections and estimates
- Utilize door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking to build pipeline
- Sales Support & Growth Responsibilities:
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, repairs, and replacement options
- Assist with preparing and presenting estimates and proposals
- Support closing sales and securing signed agreements
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the project
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM systems
Must have vehicle and insurance, you will be reimbursed for mileage. Must also have the ability to climb a ladder to reach the roof in order to take measurements and provide quotes for services.
