Job Description
Primary Skills and responsibilities:- Computer and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position with on the job training available to learn the custom systems of the business, including how to:
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts for brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, KTM, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Ducati, Harley Davidson, etc. Positive professional appearance. This is a customer facing position that requires constant customer interaction.
- Applicants should be familiar with identifying major parts of top motorcycle and ATV machines
- Organize parts for jobs that are ready to be completed alongside updating inventory for restocked parts in the software system.
- Take calls from potential and current customers providing information about parts requests and pricing, updates on repairs, scheduling, and sourcing parts for ordering.
- Work with technicians and computer software in order to effectively collaborate with customers from unit drop-off, additional approval, repair statuses, repair completion, and unit pick-up.
- Tag each machine a customer brings in and help setup workflow for technicians
- Help customers load and unload machines for drop-off and pickup, also helping technicians move units around for storage or to be worked on. (Applicants should be able to regularly push around motorcycles and atvs.)
