Job Description

Pawsi LLC is hiring a Dog Bather / Pet Care Technician for our grooming, daycare, and boarding facility in Fort Smith, AR.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position best suited for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

Responsibilities include:
Bathing and thoroughly cleaning dogs using professional grooming products, brushing and de-shedding coats, drying dogs with high-velocity dryers, and preparing dogs for grooming services. This role also includes maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, assisting with safe handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and supporting groomers to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.

Requirements:
Applicants must be reliable and consistently on time, able to work independently once trained, and comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40–50 lbs, and working in a wet, fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, ability to take direction, and positive, professional attitude are essential.

Schedule:
Morning shifts starting as early as 6:45 AM. Weekend availability is required. Part-time position with potential for growth.
