-Manage the overall operations of the grocery store within the gas station, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
-Supervise the grocery store staff, including training, and managing employee performance.
-Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff, maintaining a strong team dynamic and ensuring high standards of customer service.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the grocery store. -Ensure the grocery store complies with all health and safety regulations specific to food retailing.
-Develop and maintain a staffing schedule that optimizes staffing levels to meet customer demand and operational needs.
-Organize regular team meetings to discuss targets, share updates, and gather feedback from retail workers on store operations. -Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity, using these insights to make informed operational decisions.
-Collaborate with the gas station management to enhance overall site efficiency and customer experience.
