Job Description

Job Performance

• Participates in team and quality activities.
• Maintain building, company vehicle, and equipment upkeep per work order or as assigned.
• Conduct regular building and equipment inspections as assigned.
• Maintain clean grounds and facilities to include production areas such as paint lines as assigned.
• Perform light maintenance as needed.
• Maintains company required maintenance records as required.
• Must maintain work area and equipment in a clean condition and complies with OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
• Maintains company-required maintenance records as required.
• Maybe required to obtain Forklift certification if needed.
• Travel as needed, to complete work assignments and run errands. Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet FM's Insureability requirements. Maybe required to obtain a valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Maintains acceptable levels of attendance and punctuality.
• Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and instructions.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to adequately work with appropriate tools and equipment, regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Must have Adequate mobility for stooping, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, strength and grip requirements necessary to frequently manipulate and/or lift products weighing up to 80 lbs. regularly required to stand/walk,   frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must wear Safety glasses with side shields in all production areas and hearing protection must be worn in designated areas at all times.
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, heat and cold temperatures vary according to season.

This position is considered a Safety Sensitive position due to the manufacturing environment, moving machinery, forklift traffic, driving company vehicle and/or forklift.
