Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and operational guidelines.
Duties
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with construction teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules.
- Load and unload materials using various equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
- Assist in the operation of other heavy machinery such as graders, water trucks, tankers, and paving equipment when necessary.
