Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for Warehouse Material Handlers for its Altheimer, AR location. This role will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and inventory control. The successful candidate will be capable of working within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives. 

  • Load and unload company trucks, common carriers, and customer vehicles using forklifts and other required equipment as specified in the job sheet, and ensure outgoing loads are secured and tarped if necessary.
  • Ship and receive products according to the company’s procedures and requirements.
  • Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posting requirements.
  • Wear the required personal protective equipment assigned by supervisor and follow lock-out tag-out requirements.
  • Assist in resolving product quality issues in an efficient and timely manner and verify that materials pulled from trailers are correct.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.
  • Work independently to compile and ship orders, sorting/organizing parts for incoming shipments, performing inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Position requires the ability to receive forklift certification and maintain no damage to equipment or property, along with proper documentation of the forklift, attachments, forks, and carpet pole while documenting findings at the beginning of each shift.
  • Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the supervisor.


Qualifications



  • High School diploma, or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of fork lift driving experience in an industrial environment.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
