Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Provides administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation for Jonesboro Workshop & Waiver Houses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Greets visitors & answers phones; directs calls to appropriate department.
  2. Handles all relevant paperwork and screens for new hires including drug tests and scheduling orientation.
  3. Keeps track of screenings, evaluations and required documents for HR & Training to ensure timeliness of submission. Ensures accuracy of all submissions
  4. Files & scans as needed.
  5. Client transportation and floor coverage as needed.
  6. Checks transportation billing for accuracy prior to submission.
  7. Assists in scheduling vehicle maintenance.
  8. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.


MUST BE ABLE TO PASS APPLICABLE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN.  ANY OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN.
