Treats disabilities, injuries and diseases through the use of exercise, physical agents, massage, functional training and other treatment techniques as law and educational background allows. Evaluates disabilities, injuries and functional deficits and establishes a treatment plan of care; supervises supportive personnel in the delivery of physical therapy.
