JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Director, under the direction of the President, manages all sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships and leads Treasury Management team to achieve relevant KPI's and requirements to ensure the Bank meets its regional and overall financial targets. Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial customer relationships while assisting banking centers, market presidents, and commercial lenders in business development efforts by analyzing and identifying customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate accounts, services, strategies, and solutions. products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
LEADERSHIP

1. Manages TM team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.

2. Plays a positive role in the development and growth of assigned department staff through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong delegation skills assuring a highly cross-trained staff.

3. Leads by example by showing respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity and inclusion; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; and supports affirmative action.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

4. Maintains a superior knowledge of financial industry status and trends, and studies industrial, commercial, economic, and financial situations relating to new or existing business.

CLIENT SERVICES

5. Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees and conducts specific periodic meetings and presentations on this topic with department Directors and staff members.

6. Serves as the trusted advisor to commercial clients; functions as the business banking client "expert" and the point person for such relationships within assigned portfolio; and develops and maintains focused strategies for acquiring, retaining, and growing select clients.

7. Anticipates and solves internal obstacles for the customer with a sense of urgency; and acts as a client advocate while adhering to sound and ethical business practices.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

8. Responsible for developing new deposit, loan, and merchant business for a specific target market of businesses and business professionals and assisting in performing various Directorial functions of the department as directed.

9. Actively participates in community organizations to maximize networking exposure and source business development opportunities to help demonstrate the Bank's commitment to the communities in which it services.

10. Builds client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external center of influence; and identifies and pursues potential sources of business and other strategies to meet established goals and directives.

11. Maximizes and expands established referral network; identifies cross-sell opportunities and partners to structure, coordinate and sponsor credit and non-credit products/services.

NEEDS ANALYSIS

12. Maintains a culture of creative and strategic thinking to arrive at multiple potential ways to achieve customer goals.

13. Develops a comprehensive understanding of a customer's needs based on the review and analysis of personal and business financial data gathered through relationship reviews and personal meetings; and participates in ongoing customer relationship reviews with all clients within assigned portfolio.

COMPLIANCE

14. Consistently applies superior decision-making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals, and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures; assessing and managing risks associated with their business objectives and activities, keeping within assigned approval limits.

15. Assumes responsibility for special projects; gathers data and prepares reports for Senior Management, audits, and other personnel.

16. Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.

17. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The position of Treasury Management Director is responsible for the supervision of 1 or more employees in the Treasury Management department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - candidates must have these to be considered for the role:

· Bachelor's degree and/or 5 or more years of experience in financial services, retail analytics, or retail finance

· One or more years of supervisory experience.

· Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the job listed.

· Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - candidates will stand out if they have these:

· Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.

· Ability to interpret complex financial data to forecast cash flow, manage liquidity, and support long-term company goals.

· Deep understanding of hedging FX risks, managing interest rates, and reducing exposure to market volatility.

· Mastery of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERPs, and advanced Excel for automation, reporting, and data visualization.

· Strict adherence to international and local financial regulations (e.g., SOX, KYC, Basel III) to protect company reputation.

· Ability to build, lead teams, and communicate financial insights to stakeholders and executive management.

· Expertise in managing bank relationships, negotiating, and navigating complex financial transactions.

· High level of accuracy in financial modeling and transactional analysis.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills and a thorough understanding of management procedures; setting objectives, developing strategies, budgeting, and developing policies and procedures; effectively staff department; directing employees towards the desired objectives; developing performance standards, measuring results, taking corrective action, and rewarding employees as appropriate.

· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, speak clearly to customers and employees.

· Skill to navigate normal problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
