Job Description
Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping production operations running smoothly. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and modify shop equipment and support structures.
- Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, and variable frequency drives.
- Perform preventative maintenance and determine required repairs.
- Identify complex issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure equipment operates properly.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting (high and low voltage) and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Conduct welding and fabrication as needed.
- Work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
