Position Summary: The Production Formulator Trainee, under the direct supervision of the Production Shift Foreman, is responsible for operating production equipment, performing troubleshooting and maintenance, and supervising assigned labor. The formulator ensures the correct formulation of products, including verifying raw materials and ingredients, processing batches, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves working in conjunction with production and packaging operations at the Plant.
Role Responsibilities:
• Operate production equipment and systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting, minimal maintenance, and adjustment functions under direct supervision.
• Supervise assigned labor in the assigned area of production.
• Verify raw material identification and package weights before use.
• Ensure accuracy in ingredients and weights for staged batches.
• Process batches according to manufacturing instructions.
• Record complete and accurate data on quality records.
• Assist with other production and packaging operations as required.
