Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provide technical support to users, assists Information Technology Manager and other personnel in the department as needed. Upgrades hardware and software on workstations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support: assists all users with any technical issues.
- Upgrade and trouble shoot hardware as needed.
- Online training: Participate in online training webinars to increase networking knowledge.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school and/or specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
