Job Description
The Second Assistant Manager shares responsibility with the Store Manager and First Assistant Store Manager for all activities and objectives of the one store, including sales generation, effective customer service, shrinkage, Human Resources management, merchandising, administrative and expense management and store maintenance. All activities must be directed in strict compliance with al Cato Corporation policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
